Exploding The Accident Claim Myths - "I can't make a claim because I was the victim of a hit and run driver"

Believe it or not and contrary to the notion that we are a nation of claimants who will sue for any thing in the hope of getting compensation to which we are not entitled, there is still a belief that you cannot bring a claim if you are injured in an accident where the driver responsible does not stop and is not traced.

You need help and advice concerning medical issues and the obtaining of medical and other expert reports to prove your claim. You need advice as to the full value of your claim and representation by a skilled and experienced negotiator.

When your claim is successfully concluded the MIB will also be responsible for your legal costs in the same way as if they had insured the responsible party.
