Head On Car Crash Accident Claim

Our client Emma was a passenger in her boyfriend’s vehicle in Germany. Her boyfriend turned into a side road and mistakendly drove on the wrong side of the road leading to him driving head on into an oncoming vehicle.

As both Emma and her boyfriend live in the UK we were able to bring her claim in this country and under UK law. Emma suffered a permanent injury to her neck, an acceleration injury to her lower back by a factor of 12 months (ie bringing forward pain and suffering that she would have suffered in any event) and an acceleration injuries to the knee and ankle by a factor of 2 and a half years. She also experienced psychiatric injuries compromising of a adjustment disorder and exacerbation of a pre existing depression lasting 3 and a half years. We arranged for her to undergo psychotherapy and have physiotherapy.

We settled Emma's case for £19,500.
