Value for Money for Mrs Y

We acted for Mrs Y in her divorce and financial settlement proceedings. As always, the client was fully involved in all the preparation of her case and fully advised of the law surrounding financial settlements so that she was completely aware of what the Courts would find important in her case. Her husband instructed a well known London firm and a number of offers and counter offers were made by each side. Eventually, the case settled more or less on the advice given to her and her Barrister and the case was concluded satisfactorily. What is surprising is that her husband has spent five times more money on his legal costs than Mrs Y.
