Funding Options
We can act for you on a contingency fee basis or a privately funded basis. With a contingency fee, we share the risk of taking a claim and failing with you. If we win your claim, we also share the reward. We charge you nothing as the case progresses and nothing if we lose. If we win the claim, we will take an agreed percentage of the award as payment of our legal costs. Alternatively, we can act on a payment by hour basis and take payment by instalments to ease the financial burden for you.
