Probationer Speeding/Motoring Offences
Will A Probationer Driver Lose Their Licence?
For two years after they pass their driving test drivers are 'probationer drivers'. The standards expected of probationers are very high, you receive no allowance for the fact that you have only just passed your driving test. If you commit a speeding offence or other motoring offence as a probationer you need expert legal assistance to help you to keep your licence.
Can I Lose My Licence Even If I Have No Points?
Yes. A first motoring offence can lead to you losing your licence. If you receive six penalty points within the two year probationary period or a ban of over fifty-six days, your driving licence is automatically revoked.
The Consequences Of Revocation Of Your Driving Licence
If your licence is revoked you are in the same position that you were before you started learning to drive. You will have to retake all parts of your driving test including the theory and the practical driving lesson. This will mean for you loss of time and the enormous inconvenience of losing your form of transport (and possibly with it your job).
How Can We Help You?
We have a specialist motoring offences legal team that have many years of experience of helping probationer drivers to keep their licence. We will work with you to reduce the amount of penalty points to avoid a revocation of your driving licence wherever possible. We have achieved excellent results for many of our clients.
How Do We Charge You?
We offer you fixed fee representation so that you know exactly how much it will cost to have a professional stand up in court and present your case in the best way possible. We are regularly told that the certainty of our fixed price scheme saves many sleepless nights worrying about how you might represent yourself and the consequences of losing your driving licence.
