Case Study

We acted for Mr and Mrs H in their purchase of a medium sized company and we negotiated a favourable terms for the clients. Four years later, after much hard work improving the products of the company, Mr and Mrs H sold the company to a international conglomerate for a sum well in excess of seven figures and more than six times what they paid for it. A very large amount of documentation was involved in the sale process and intensive negotiations took place with the buyers' lawyers from the world''s largest legal practice. We finally negotiated a very satisfactory sale agreement for Mr and Mrs H.
